CrossFit® 4 Teens

Our teens are athletes too; they play sports for fun and sometimes more competitively. They need a off-season/year round physical fitness program that is fun, challenging, and safe.

SoWal CrossFit® offers a "teen" specific CrossFit® class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:30 pm

As your teen develops it's important that:

  • Learn to lift properly to successfully build muscle while limiting the potential for injury
  • Build cardio endurance for long term heart health
  • Live an active lifestyle that promotes fat loss and mental clarity

We offer a "teen" specific CrossFit® class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:30 pm. A perfect time to get home from school, get a snack or some homework done, and then head over to the gym.

Teens Will Learn To:

SoWal CrossFit® has a thriving teens CrossFit® program dedicated to the safe growth and development of your teen.
  • Develop the mental toughness to endure mild physical discomfort and go until the objective is accomplished
  • Work as a team to accomplish physical goals
  • Move their bodies correctly to build coordination, agility, and muscle
  • Choose the right foods to fuel their body
  • Understand the importance of rest and recovery to their fitness goals
  • Work on their flexibility/mobility in order to prevent injury and promote overall health

All of our coaches are certified by CrossFit Headquarters. During class our coaches pay full attention to your teen and ensure they are moving well and lifting an appropriate weight. It's a disciplined and methodical approach that is both fun and challenging.
