What's In A Name?
While you might know us as SoWal CrossFit®, CrossFit Headquarters rules prohibit us from using the term "CrossFit" in our official legal name. So, technically speaking we are NWFL Fitness, INC. doing business as (DBA) SoWal CrossFit®.
